Until then, at NOA, bread is the beginning. You can expect naturally leavened sourdough, pastries, focaccia sandwiches, tartines, coffee, small plates, and all the bread-adjacent things we love: good butter, dips, olives, cheese, pickles, something sweet, something salty, something to tear, scoop, share, and linger over.

We will have our staples, the things you can come back for again and again, but much of the menu will live on the chalkboard. It will shift with the seasons, what is fresh, what we are excited to make, and what our community comes to love.

Some days that may mean something warm and simple for breakfast. Other days, a sandwich built around beautiful produce, a few small plates to share, or something sweet to have with coffee.

Good food, made with care, guided by what is available, what feels right, and what brings people back to the table.
