NOA is morning coffee with a friend. A breakfast sandwich before the day begins. Bread torn and shared. Small plates, your favourite drink and good music.
Naturally leavened, long-fermented sourdough bread is at the heart of what we do, but it is only the beginning. Alongside our artisan breads and sourdough bakes, we serve focaccia sandwiches, tartines and thoughtful, generous food from morning into evening.
Everything is made from scratch, thoughtful without being fussy and generous without being overdone.
